Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This policy explains what PayFluence collects, why it is collected, and how we protect user privacy across anonymous messaging, task completion, referrals, and payouts.

1. Message Anonymity & Encryption

PayFluence is built on the core principle of privacy. All anonymous messages sent to users are fully anonymized. We do not store or transmit any identifying information of the sender, such as name or username, alongside the message to the recipient, ensuring complete confidentiality.

2. Information We Collect

To support security, integrity, payouts, and anti-fraud compliance, we collect:

  • Device identifiers: We generate and store a secure device token in local storage to reduce multiple account registration and fraudulent campaign activity from the same physical device.
  • IP addresses: We register client IP addresses to restrict bot activity, sybil account creation, and illegitimate task payout activity.
  • Payment settlement details: Your account name, bank name, and account number are saved securely solely for routing requested payouts.

3. Data Security & Protection

Sensitive transaction information, PIN passcodes, and bank details are encrypted in our databases. We use access controls designed to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive user information.

4. Sharing of Information

PayFluence does not sell, lease, or distribute your personal details to third-party marketing companies. We only release payment information to licensed payment gateway partners where necessary to execute requested bank transfers.

5. Contact Support

If you have questions about your account or data privacy, please reach out through our official customer support channel.
